Refund policy

Josielynn has contracted Manuevo to manufacture and ship their products. In case of manufacturing defects or shipping issues Manuevo is able to assist you. In all other cases, please contact Josielynn.


Encountered an Issue with Your Order?

We take great care in ensuring that each product meets our quality standards, however there may be rare cases where one of our products arrives with a defect. If you encounter such a situation, please follow the steps below to report the issue so we can assist you in finding a solution.

Warranty

We guarantee the quality of your product for up to 10 business days after delivery. Please note that any attempts to modify the product will void the 10-day warranty. Contact us with photos of the product as it arrived, without any alterations. Please do not return the product unless our team specifically requests it.

Submitting Photos

To assist our team in identifying the problem:

  • Submit clear photos that highlight the defective or damaged area.
  • Mark or add arrows to the photos to indicate the specific issue.
  • Include the barcode found on the outside of the packaging to help us identify the product.

For issues related to dimensional variations or size issues, please include visible measurements in the photos. Note: If the dimensions of your product match those listed on the product page, the issue might be related to the product’s design, and a replacement may not resolve it. Our service team can help connect you with Josielynn in these cases.

If the issue is related to missing parts, please provide a photo of all the items that arrived.

Checklist

To help us resolve your issue as quickly as possible, please ensure you provide the following information:

  • Order number
  • Product name or, preferably, a photo of the barcode.
  • Photos of the print as it arrived.
  • Preferred resolution (Reprint or Refund).
  • A detailed description of the issue.
  • If the model arrived broken, let us know if the broken parts were included in the packaging and if the package is showing visible signs of damage.
